Being My Patient
“The first time I met Dr. Sophie Bartsich I was completely (and continue to be) blown away by her absolute PASSION for her work. I was researching plastic surgeons for an abdominoplasty and a breast augmentation after having two children within 2 years. During our first appointment, she took the time to thoroughly explain every single detail from the beginning to the end. First, she explained ALL of the options, including the history and the pros and cons of each. And then she thoroughly explained her particular approach. She conveyed to me that her approach is to custom fit her patients and she was not focused on volume/cc’s alone, and that she would recommend what was proportionate to my body type.
After my first appointment with Dr. Bartsich I left her office knowing that she would be my surgeon. As a woman, I am especially appreciative about her perspective and ability to identify with me and know and understand what I was really trying to achieve. Leading up to my Surgery Date, I found her office staff to be very professional and truly helped me through the process of booking appointments, and coordinating with my doctors’ office pre-surgery consultations. My surgery day went exactly as planned. Dr. Bartsich quickly put me as ease as I was both nervous and excited. Afterwards, she checked in on me and was always available (and remains available to this day) to answer any questions or concerns that I had, especially during the two week period right after my surgery.
I am EXTREMELY pleased and still amazed at my before before and after results. During the recovery process and follow up appointments, Dr. Bartsich has taken the time to answer every single question, and has given me clear after care instructions. I never feel rushed and she always makes me feel like I am the most important patient in that moment. I have already recommended Dr. Bartsich to a couple of my friends and will continue to do so going forward. I am confident in her ability as a surgeon and continue to be inspired by her passion for her work.”
